Our 55-58 sqm Two-Bedroom Apartments with balcony for stays over 32 nights have been furnished to our highest modern standards. The appartments feature a fully equipped kitchen, TV and private bathroom with shower to make you feel at home. In the two separate bedrooms, two people each will find restful sleep on the comfortable double bed (1.50 m) in the 1st bedroom and on the two single beds (90 cm) in the 2nd bedroom. A special highlight, however, is the small balcony, where you can relax at the end of the day. In case of dirty laundry, you have the possibility to wash your clothes in your own washing machine in the room. Therefore your apartment offers everything you need for a stay with us. Included in the price is mandatory weekly cleaning. Please note that we charge an extra 20% of the monthly rent for additional guests. We do not offer apartment viewings on site. Die Apartments verfügen über eine voll ausgestattete Küche, einen Fernseher sowie ein eigenes Bad mit Dusche, damit Du Dich wie zu Hause fühlen kannst. In den beiden separaten Schlafzimmern finden jeweils zwei Personen im 1. Schlafzimmer erholsamen Schlaf auf dem bequemen Doppelbett (1,50 m) und im 2. Schlafzimmer auf den beiden Einzelbetten (90 cm). Besonderes Highlight ist jedoch der kleine Balkon, auf dem Du ganz entspannt den Tag ausklingen lassen kannst. Fällt mal schmutzige Wäsche an, hast Du die Möglichkeit, Deine Kleidung in Deiner eigenen Waschmaschine im Zimmer zu waschen. Dein Apartment bietet also alles, was Du auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt bei uns brauchst. Im Preis inbegriffen ist eine nicht stornierbare wöchentliche Reinigung der Suite. Bitte beachte, dass wir einen Aufpreis von 20% der Monatsmiete bei weiteren Personen berechnen. Wir bieten keine Wohnungsbesichtigungen vor Ort an. Los apartamentos cuentan con una cocina totalmente equipada, TV y baño privado con ducha para que te sientas como en casa. En los dos dormitorios separados, dos personas cada una encontrarán un sueño reparador en la cómoda cama de matrimonio (1,50 m) del 1o dormitorio y en las dos camas individuales (90 cm) del 2o dormitorio. Pero lo más destacado es el pequeño balcón, donde podrás relajarte al final del día. En caso de ropa sucia, tienes la posibilidad de lavar tu ropa en tu propia lavadora en la habitación. Por tanto, tu apartamento ofrece todo lo que necesitas para una estancia con nosotros. En el precio está incluído la limpieza semanal obligatoria. Por favor, tenga en cuenta que cobramos un 20% extra del alquiler mensual por huéspedes adicionales. No ofrecemos visitas a los apartamentos en el lugar.
