Amenities include free wifi, communal air conditioning for the summer months, heating during the winter months, bed linens and towels, washing machine, iron, ironing board, and complimentary toiletries for your first days.THE AREA Strategically located in Madrid, this apartment allows you to reach any point in the city center on foot, without the need for public transport. IMPORTANT NOTES -The pool is only open during the summer months (mid-June to mid-September). -Arrivals after 8:00 PM are subject to a €25 late check-in fee. -Baby cots are available for rent at €35 per stay.
