The apartment is very bright and entirely overlooks a spacious and peaceful courtyard, perfect for enjoying complete silence and relaxing after a long day of work or study in Madrid. Three of the four bedrooms have comfortable double beds, large wardrobes, and desks where you can work on your computer. The other bedroom is equipped with two single beds that can be joined together. There are also two completely new bathrooms with comfortable showers. The XL-sized kitchen is fully equipped: ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, juicer, kettle, cooking utensils, plates, cutlery, glasses, wine glasses, bowls… Additionally, there is a table where you can comfortably have breakfast. The living room has comfortable sofas and a 65-inch smart TV. There is also a large dining table where everyone can enjoy a pleasant evening together. Additional amenities include: free WiFi, Premium TV channels (Netflix and Movistar TV), bed linen and towels, air conditioning and heating, unlimited communal hot water (so all guests can shower without worrying about running out), and complimentary toiletries. THE AREA Right next to Glorieta de San Bernardo, one of the best areas in Madrid, the street where the apartment is located is very quiet. There are numerous restaurants, cafés where you can enjoy breakfast, and supermarkets nearby. The Malasaña neighbourhood is just a 5-minute walk away, and Gran Vía is less than 15 minutes on foot, where you can find everything you need to shop for. Supermarkets:Carrefour on Calle de Alberto Aguilera 56, Alcampo on Calle Vallehermoso 12, and Lidl on Calle Rodríguez San Pedro 22, all just a few minutes’ walk away. Travel cots are available for hire at €30 per stay. Please remember to request one by contacting the host prior to your arrival. Tenants must present valid identification and a credit card upon check-in. No parties or similar gatherings are allowed in this accommodation. The tenant will be required to sign a seasonal rental agreement. This contract respects the original conditions of the booking and must specify the duration of the stay, indicating that the purpose of the rental is not indefinite occupation of the property nor use as a permanent residence. It must also include the tenant’s habitual residence address (where they are officially registered) and state the reason for the rental.
