Common areas are beautiful, with a living room and a big kitchen. The kitchen is also equipped with: - Ceramic hob - Refrigerator - Oven - Washing machine - Tableware EXPENSES: The rental price includes internet and a weekly cleaning of the common areas. The costs of utilities are as follows: -Water: 10/month -Electricity: 25/month, if any month the consumption is more than 25, the difference will be paid separately. In this case, the expenses are shared equal parts between the tenants. CLEANING SERVICE: We offer for free a cleaning service once per week of common areas. It's a tenant rensponsibility to keep the flat clean, tidy and in good conditions. Our cleaning service is mainly to help you with the cleaning, but it's important to keep everything clean.
