1 bedroom shared living/flatmate for rent

We rent one single bedroom only for Girls (international students). The apartment is located in one Avenue. To fews meters walk the metro L4 and L2 stop station"La Pau".The bedroom with 2 large windows very bright: 1 single bed ( 90 x1.90 m ), pillows, study desk, chair, nightstand, lamps, wifi, 1 large closet (1.90 x 1.35 m ). Rental conditions:- We do not carry out any procedures for the NIE. Warranty: 400 EUR. - It is not alowed not Couples. Not Pets. Not smoke/drugs. -You must clean the common areas every time you get dirty. (kitchen, living room and bathroom).if you leave the apartment before the check-out date. The deposit will not be returned. And if you do not agree, the deposit will be used so that you can stay the following month. Expenses:i ncluded Wi-Fi , but it is not included the Water,Gas and electricity. For example: if you there are 2 or 3 people you must pay 50% each person.
