On the ground floor, you’ll find a bright living area with a comfortable sofa, TV, and a small standing balcony that fills the space with natural light. The open kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need: hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kitchenware, and tableware. A dining area for four makes it easy to enjoy meals at home. Adjacent to this area, there’s a dedicated workspace with a desk and chair, perfect for remote work. This space also features a small stand-up balcony that brings in even more light. A modern bathroom with a shower is located on this floor as well, with complimentary toiletries (shampoo, shower gel, hand soap) and a hairdryer provided. Upstairs, the spacious master bedroom features a double bed (150x190 cm), closet, and chest of drawers, offering plenty of storage space. From here, step out onto the private terrace — an inviting spot with a table and chairs overlooking the traditional rooftops of El Cabanyal. It’s the perfect place for breakfast, a glass of wine, or al fresco dining in Valencia’s mild weather. The home includes fresh bed linen and towels (for apartment use only), a washing machine, and a drying rack. Stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi, and enjoy year-round comfort with air conditioning (hot/cold) and a ceiling fan in the bedroom. If anything is missing during your stay, just let me know — I’ll be happy to help. *The cleaning fee refers to the final cleaning after departure.**This property is rented exclusively as a temporary residence, not for tourist, vacation, or leisure purposes. Other important aspects:- SEASONAL RENTAL ONLY: Stays longer than 10 nights will be considered seasonal rentals, subject to the signing of a seasonal lease agreement, with no tourist, vacation, or leisure purpose, in accordance with Article 3 of the Spanish Urban Leases Act (LAU). - For stays longer than 28 days, the expenses (water and electricity) are included up to a monthly 150€ limit, which is a wide range for being very comfortable. The tenant will assume paying the difference above this limit. In order to do a responsible use, the ideal temperature for AC will be 24–26 ºC in summer and 19–21 ºC in winter. - The apartment will be supplied with a few basic essentials to make your first days more comfortable. Once these initial items are used, any additional purchases or restocking will be the guest’s responsibility.
