Amenities include free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, bed linens and towels, washing machine, iron and ironing board, and welcome toiletries for the first few days. THE AREA Strategically located in Madrid, this apartment allows you to reach any point in the city center on foot, without the need for public transport. IMPORTANT NOTES -The pool is only open during the summer months (mid-June to mid-September). -Arrivals after 8:00 PM are subject to a €25 late check-in fee. -Baby cots are available for rent at €30 per stay. Please make sure to request one by contacting the host before your arrival. -Tenants must present a valid ID and credit card upon check-in. -Parties or similar events are not allowed at this property. -Tenants must sign a short-term rental agreement.
