This room is fully equipped with a double bed and mattress, a two-door clothes hanging rack, a gallery with a functional study area with a desk and chair. The room has a split AC and access to a interior window. The flat has 5 private rooms, two renovated bathrooms with a shower and toilet in each one, a renovatedkitchen and a cosy living-dining room. It's equipped with a large window that offers fresh air, a pleasant street view and a lot of light during the day. The common areas of the flat are shared among the tenants. We provide basic kitchen utensils and basic household appliances like a washing machine. 50 for expenses are included in the monthly price (electricity, water and gas, WiFi internet access - shared WiFi).
