El Carmen is known for its outstanding nightlife, wine & tapas bars, as well as great restaurants everything you need is at your doorstep. The apartment is a stone's throw from the popular Plaza Tossal and a short walk to some of the city's most famous attractions, St. Nichola's Church, Central Market & Plaza de la Virgen. "Barrio Del Carmen" is very good for nightlife, bars, restaurants and nightclubs. The modern furniture combines well with the spacious layout and the exposed wooden beams in the high ceiling to create a unique Valencian character. Baja Flat has one big bedroom with balcony, a large bathroom with bathtub and a large open-plan kitchen plus living room which gives way to another balcony. The apartment may comfortably accommodate 4 people two in the bedroom and two more on the sofa bed in the living room. The small table with two chairs on the balcony allows al fresco dining while giving wonderful views towards Plaza San Jaime and Plaza del Tossal. The apartment is air conditioned and temperature controlled, ensuring your comfort in any weather. The apartment has speed wifi, smart TV, A/C splits in the bedroom and livingroom, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, orange juice maker, microwave, nespresso coffee machine, washing machine, kettle for tea. LATE CHECK IN AND LATE CHECK OUT CONDITIONS: Please note that if there is an arrival after 20:00 hs there will be an extra charge of 40.- and for a check out after 15:00 will be charged 50% of one night . We kindly ask you to inspect the apartment before leaving, throw away the garbage and leave the keys on the living room table or ask our staff where to leave the keys on the chack out day. Our cleaning team will arrive after 11: 00hs to clean and check the inventory of the apartment. In the case of leaving the keys during your stay inside the apartment or in the bolt of the door and our staff needs to come and open you the door, it will be charged an additional cost by the locksmith or our staff. If you wish to leave the apartment after 11:00 hs, we will do everything possible to meet your needs. However, it is important that you inform us of your schedule in advance. If a late check-out can not be arranged, you can leave your baggage in the apartment and return to pick it up before your departure time. Reservations are not accepted for groups of young people under 25 years old or minors. Parties are prohibited in the apartments. If these conditions are not respected, you will be asked to leave the apartment. You must provide us a digital photo of your passport once the reservation is made, due to the legal obligation of the State Agency for Tax Administration.
