This exceptional finca property is like from a fairy tale, the summer dream of one of those old master paintings, grand and idyllic in equal measure, with endless charm and fascinating time and again. The exterior areas alone, arranged as nature intended, with glorious, ancient tree stock and paradisiacal, rustic terraces, are a Garden of Eden with a refreshingly modest pool area and a dreamlike sea view. An experience in itself are the covered terraces, which count among the most important living spaces in Spain, and here reveal their full diversity and Mediterranean zest for life. Like from another century, in which imposing walls, hand cut floor coverings, open fireplaces and striking woodwork stood for security and comfort and tasteful, individual pieces or special details in the house and home were still not considered as priceless luxury, this Spanish country house gem is presented with picture book flair. An almost historical opulence in the fittings and furnishings lend the idyllically extravagant rooms an additional aura and ambience, while open-plan, split-level living areas convey spaciousness and timeless class. Contemporary comfort, such as central heating, spotlights and an American barbecue successfully complement the magical idyll, of which a mystical grotto, a charming guest house and a putting range for golf enthusiasts also form a part. This property unites everything; glorious nature, fascinating culture, original architecture, lasting values and the dream of a lifetime.
