Rustic-style villa with four bedrooms, two bathrooms, hot and cold air-conditioning, log burner, garage, and a private swimming pool in an exclusive location surrounded by nature in the natural reserve of El Cap de Sant Antoni but just a just short drive away from the largest towns of Javea and Denia. The gate opens to a nice and very private easy-to-maintain patio with autochthonous trees and plants. From here we access the property into a bright living room with big glass windows and a log burner. Here there is also an open plan and fully fitted kitchen which is connected with a dining room. The dining room has patio doors to the swimming pool terrace which makes the perfect place to enjoy family meals during summer times. Through a hallway there are two good size bedrooms and a complete bathroom with a shower unit. The second bedroom used to be an office and has a log burner. From here, a staircase leads us to the master bedroom which is an ensuite. The property also benefits from a large garden at the rear with a petanque court, a garage with an adjacent space that has been used as an independent accommodation, and a solarium.
