Impressive renovation project, comparable to a brand new villa, located in the most exclusive area of Javea directly behind the harbor with panoramic views over the entire coastline. The current classic Spanish villa is located on a plot of 800 m2 and is divided over three floors. The villa is completely rebuilt and renovated to current requirements and standards without losing its authentic character. The living space is located at pool level and consists of a very spacious living-dining room with a modern, open kitchen with a spacious cooking island. Large sliding windows give access via the living room to a spacious covered terrace by the pool. Also on this floor is the master bedroom with an en suite bathroom and a guest toilet. One floor lower there are three more bedrooms and two bathrooms. The top floor consists of a bedroom with an en suite bathroom, an outdoor kitchen and an outdoor bathroom. At street level there is a carport. With a total of 200 m2 of terrace, you have a spacious terrace on each floor where you can enjoy the sun all day long thanks to the southern orientation. Within the renovation, various choices can still be made by the (potential) buyers, according to their own taste, preferences and ideas.
