the administrative fee is only 100. Double bed Window Bill costs are included up to 50 per room. Weekly cleaning is included. The 150 move-out cleaning fee will be deducted from the deposit. At the end of the contract, the tenant must pay a final administrative fee of 160 euros ("Exit Fee"), intended to cover the costs associated with the management and preparation of the property after it has been returned.
