Are you passionate about heritage and eager to combine autonomy with authentic charm?
Come and discover the potential hidden in this rubble?stone farmhouse built before 1900. The house has not been lived in for about sixty years and has fallen into neglect… this is not a simple fresh coat of paint it needs — we’re talking about a complete renovation project.
Four rooms, earthen floors, three fireplaces, a roof to be rebuilt, and an oak frame.
No utility meters installed: neither water nor electricity (well… there’s an antique EDF meter — a real museum piece…). However, the utility lines run to the edge of the property. No sanitation system either — you truly start from a blank slate.
On the autonomy side: there is a well on the façade, and one roof slope faces due south — ideal for anyone wanting to install photovoltaic panels.
Plenty of space to plant a vegetable garden, grow herbs, and maybe a few fruit trees… Want fresh eggs? The chicken coop is already there. And I almost forgot — fiber optic internet is arriving in the village.
