Everything is ready for you to move in: bedding and towels provided, fitted kitchen (fridge, hob, microwave, crockery and cookware), washing machine, TV, iron and hairdryer. Electricity, water, heating, Wi-Fi and all charges are included in the rent. Self check-in with a secure key box, at any time — and I stay reachable on WhatsApp throughout your stay. The flat is rented under a French "bail mobilité" (mobility lease) of 1 to 8 months, or under a company lease for employees. For a bail mobilité, the tenant must be in one of the following situations: professional training, higher education, apprenticeship, internship, civic service, professional relocation, or a temporary work assignment.
