Situated in a key position, very close to Palais Royal and to the Bourse, this clever and nice apartment is at walking distance from Place Vendôme, Louvre, Jardin des Tuileries, Opéra Garnier and Marais district. Two different configurations for the same apartment to suit different needs: a big living-dining room plus one bedroom or a dining room plus two bedrooms. The change between one configuration and the other can be done very easily thanks to a nice sofa-bed and to the practical curtains. The modern table allows dinners for six people. The separated bedroom has a big wardrobe behind the large mirror. The bathroom, with its spacious shower, has been recently renovated. The kitchen is separated. The 19th century wooden beams and the building old style make the rest. This arrondissement is situated between two different worlds: the first is the chic area of Place Vendôme, the Opéra Garnier, the Madeleine Church, the Royal Palace and the Louvre and the second is the more popular and multicultural hill of the north of Paris that starts in the adjacent 9th arrondissement with streets that climb the hill until the top, the Montmartre church. Nowadays the 2nd arrondissement is more and more integrated to the first of these worlds, but it remains a wonderful departure place to discover different aspects of the city; all around the apartment there are plenty of restaurants and nice spots, busy in day and night time.
