In the beautiful hilly countryside of the charming town of Saint-Lanne (65700) overlooking the Pyrenees, Isabelle BOULET-MAGNE offers a single story house of about 77 m2 on a plot of 1,560 m 2.
This house is composed of 3 bedrooms (about 12 m 2, 11 m 2, 10 m 2) a living room of about 17 m2 and a closed kitchen of about 13 m 2. The reversible air conditioning is new, possibility to put a pellet or wood stove in the hallway.
Very functional, of traditional construction, it has convertible attic spaces served by an external staircase. An adjoining garage completes the whole, an interior staircase can then be considered, as well as a conversion of the garage into a living room.
You can settle in when you arrive: house clean and very well maintained: only vintage tapestries will make you take the brush to put to your taste, surely more modern as proposed by the projects...
If you are looking for peace, the countryside, the view of the Pyrenees, this rare property is for you!
