The kitchen is fully equipped with a sink, electric tea kettle, toaster, full refrigerator, stove, drip coffee machine, microwave, and more. Dishes, cutlery, pots and pans and cooking utensils are provided as well. The flat comes with a clothes washing and drying machine. A vacuum, broom, mop and cleaning supplies are also available in the apartment. The property is heated throughout the winter months with electric heating. The studio is interior courtyard facing with a double bed with a superior quality mattress. All bedding and linens are provided and professionally laundered. This property best suited for 2 tenants but can host up to 2 guests. The studio has one full bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink. You will find a small sample soap, shampoo, toilet paper and paper towels to start off your stay, as well as bath towels for the number of guests.
