Welcome to my apartment! Situated on the 5th floor with a lift, this modern and tastefully decorated 114m2 apartment is close to various top attractions in Paris! It is ideally located at 3 min walk from the metro station and a few minutes from the Place de la Nation. This apartment has an open floor plan. The living room features a large sofa where you can relax and a dining table for five. There's also a balcony where you can enjoy some fresh air! The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven, and a microwave. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. The main bedroom has a double bed (140x200) and the three other bedrooms have single beds (two with the size 90x200 and one 120x200). All beds are made with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The two bathrooms contain all the necessary amenities, including towels, hair dryer and complimentary toiletries. There are two separate WCs. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. You will have access to the Wi-Fi throughout your stay. A smoke detector was installed for your safety. Some cleaning is ongoing on the building hall but should not impact you during your stay. Work is currently underway to renovate the common areas, which will greatly enhance comfort and overall quality. This does not affect the comfort of the apartment in any way. Enjoy your stay!
