Historical apartment between the Ponte Vecchio and the Palazzo Pitti, with balcony. Located in the middle of Costa S. Giorgio, picturesque hilly road that leads to the landscapes of Giardino Bardini, Forte Belvedere, Giardino di Boboli and Piazzale Michelangelo. There is a 3 minutes ascent to reach the house, but you will be rewarded by the tranquillity and uniqueness of the place. The street has been the daily path of notable residents like Dupré, Galilei, Rosai, Pratesi and Tchaikovsky. The apartment is furnished with natural architecture and - thanks to the thick ancient walls of the building, and to the use of our traditional "persiane" - it is comfortable in summer with no need of artificial air conditioning.
