In exchange for the keys, guests are required to pay the check-in fee in cash. 3PM to 10PM - 35€ 10PM to 12AM - 60€ (upon request) ## Apartment for Long-Term Stay (Minimum 30 Days) Required Documents for Lease Application: 1. Identification: One valid piece of identification (required by the Paris town hall). 2. Proof of Stay Purpose: A document justifying the reason for your stay (e.g., professional, educational, or leisure). 3. Financial Documentation (for stays exceeding 30 nights): Proof of sufficient funds to cover rent, such as: * Tax declarations, or * Recent pay slips, or * Bank account statements. Check-Out Options: * Self check-out: Instructions will be provided for completing self check-out. * Assisted check-out: Opt for an assisted check-out with a full inventory inspection for a fee starting from €35, payable upon departure.
