I'm Andy PORTSMOUTH, the local agent for this fabulous house with views in Charroux, a small town dating back over 1000 years to the foundation of the abbey, the tower of which still stands. The house itself dates in parts to the 14th Century, and part to

Outside, the garden also has those views, and of the abbey tower, but the garden itself is not overlooked. Also, there is a section of the garden suitable for a vegetable garden, there's also a well, and sheds. The house has well-insulated walls (except for where the stonework has been exposed of course) and roof. The roof was replaced in 1997, the house was renovated in 2004.
