Welcome to my 28m2 apartment on the 4th floor in the 13th arrondissement. It can comfortably accommodate two people, with a bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. Ideally located 1 minute from the metro, you can enjoy a quiet stay in Paris. This apartment is only available on a mobility lease (minimum 30 days). The space Welcome! The apartment is on the 4th floor via stairs, so it is not ideal for people with reduced mobility. The front door of this 28 m² apartment opens onto a bright, elegantly decorated space, ideal for a mid-term stay. The living area features a comfortable sofa, TV and dining table for two. The fully-equipped kitchen includes all the appliances and utensils you'll need to prepare your meals (microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine). The bedroom has a double bed (140 x 200), carefully made of hotel-quality linen. The bathroom has a wash basin, mirror, bath, and toilet. A washing machine is also available. You will have access to Wi-Fi during your stay. A smoke detector is installed for your safety. The apartment is professionally cleaned between stays, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment. All you have to do now is enjoy your stay! Other things to note Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of 20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation. Renting this apartment requires a lease signature, constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. Please note that you must complete the mandatory contract signing before your check-in. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a 300 smoking fee, at minimum.
