Building The apartment is located on the first floor of a typical Portuguese building without an elevator, but with a beautiful solid wood staircase. During the day, the apartment is quite bright through its balcony, which overlooks the city center. Surrounded by the best boutiques, restaurants, and cafes in the city. Ideal for families or groups of friends looking to stay in the most privileged area of the city! Bedroom The apartment has one bedroom with two single beds. Bathroom: The apartment features a bathroom with a shower. Living room The living room features a TV, a sofa bed prepared to accommodate 2 additional guests, and a dining table for 4. It is bathed in sunlight coming from the balcony during the day and offers stunning views of the streets of central Lisbon and Praça Luís de Camões. Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, iron, microwave, and coffee maker (coffee not included). Additional Info: The property is ''Self-Catered''. Basic items are provided for your arrival, including hygiene products for the first day, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered as a courtesy only - replacements or replenishments are not included. Bed Linen and Bath Towels are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in your reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, an additional bed and bath kit will be provided free of charge at check-in. The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers only the check-out cleaning. Extra cleanings or additional linen changes may be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Check-in is between 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM (additional cost of 25 for check-ins after 10:00 PM). Only one set of keys will be provided. Check-out must be done by 11:00 AM. Upon departure, please leave the keys on the main table. During your stay, the guest is responsible for the proper use and safekeeping of the property keys. Please avoid leaving the keys in the lock or mailbox. In case of needing technical assistance to open the door or in case of damage to the keys and/or lock, the costs resulting from this service will be borne by the guest. A penalty will apply in case of key loss. The property has noise decibel monitoring sensors. This system performs advanced analysis, ensuring the privacy of our guests, as no cameras are used and no sound is recorded. Only noise levels are measured, thus ensuring the tranquility and comfort of everyone during their stay. Baby cot and high chair are available upon request and are subject to an additional cost.
