There is also easy access to public transportation, including the famous Tram 28! Building The apartment is situated on the ground floor of a very quiet street. It is absolutely perfect for couples or small families looking for a peaceful stay in Lisbon, with all the major attractions of the city within walking distance. Terrace The apartment features a terrace with a dining table (grill not available). On the terrace, you will find beautiful original Portuguese tiles that honor the country's Age of Discovery. It is a masterpiece that brightens the entire apartment and sets the stage for the cultural journey our guests are about to embark on in our beautiful city. Bedrooms The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a single bed but convertible into 2 single beds. Bathroom The apartment has a bathroom with a shower. Living Room The living room has a large and comfortable sofa, with plenty of natural light coming from the terrace, and a dining table for 4 people. Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker (coffee not included). Additional Info: The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. Check-in time starts from 15:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25 for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided. We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information. Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table. During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied. The property is equipped with noise decibel monitoring sensors. This system performs advanced analysis while ensuring the privacy of our guests, as no cameras are used, and no sound is recorded. Only noise levels are measured, thus guaranteeing the tranquility and comfort of everyone during their stay. Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee. Although the apartment is on the ground floor, there are stairs to the bedrooms, bathroom and terrace. Monthly consumptions are included up to 150. City Tax will be charged according to the law.
