Il Nido di Phili is a charming apartment in the heart of the historic center of Florence, a stone's throw from Piazza Santa Croce and Ponte Vecchio, very convenient for reaching all the main attractions of the city on foot. The apartment is equipped with a French double bed on the mezzanine and a single bed, you will also have at your disposal an exclusive, well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, and a comfortable private courtyard where you can spend some time relaxing. The apartment has a washing machine, air conditioning, wifi, TV. We are waiting for you for your holidays in Florence! + The house is provided without bed linen and towels. Linen can be rented at a cost of 7 per week for a single bed set or 10 per week for a double bed set (sheets + towels). + At the time of booking, the following payments are required: the first month's rent, the security deposit, the first month's utilities, and the final cleaning fee. These payments must be made within 7 days of booking confirmation; otherwise, the reservation will be cancelled. + Every 30 days from the start of the lease, the rent and utilities for the following month must be paid.
