Entering the house you are greeted by a large entrance hall with the sleeping area divided from the living area. The apartment is about 90sqm, and consist in 2 bedrooms which are to your left when entering the apartment and a living room to your right with
a balcony, an eat-in kitchen and a bathroom. The furniture is from the 1960s/70s and the walls aree decorated with a large collection of paintings. The house is equipped with an air-conditioning system only in the living room. ## **The space** The living room is furnished with 2 sofas, a dining table with 4 chairs, television corner, a sideboard, and the access to the balcony is from the living room. Paintings and other furniture complete the living room. A camp bed is avilable for the 4th person . Kitchen: The kitchen is equipped with a refridgerator, gas stove with oven, washing machine, dishes and kitchenware for six people and a table with four chairs. Bedrooms: There are 2 bedrooms. The first has a double bed(160cm x 190cm), 2 bedside tables, a chest of drawers and a large wardrobe. The second bedroom has a French bed(120cm x 190cm which could accomdate 2 small children under the age of 10), a desk with 2 chairs, 2 bedside tables and a wardrobe. The two rooms are equipped with a television. Bathrooms: The bathroom has a toilet and shower stall and a cabinet to store the necessities. Via Etruria is located in the San Giovanni neighbourhood, just a short walk away from the Metro A , Piazza Re di Roma. The apartment is located in a condominium with several buildings, indoor garden and concierge. The house is bright, spacious and cozy, a blast from the past with 1960s decor. The apartment is about 90sqm and consists of two bedrooms, living room with balcony, kitchen, bathroom and is located on the fourth floor with an elevator. Outdoor: The fountain located in the center of the Via Etruria apartment building was built by architect Giulio Gra . The fountain consists of three parts, the one at the bottom made of local travertine with a classic white color, an intermediate part consisting of three columns made of red granite and on the top of green serpentine, making up all three colors of the national flag. Attached to the columns were brass lictor fasces, which were removed after July 25, 1943, following Mussolini's arrest. An intermediate basin, through 4 orthogonal holes corresponding to as many brass she-wolf heads, feeds water into the main basin. Unfortunately the fountain has stopped working since 1992. L'appartamento è di circa 90mq, ed è composto da 2 camere da letto che si trovano sulla sinistra entrando nell'appartamento e un soggiorno sulla destra con balcone, una cucina abitabile e un bagno. L'arredamento è degli anni '60/'70 e le pareti sono decorate con una vasta collezione di quadri. La casa è dotata di un sistema di aria condizionata solo nel soggiorno. ## **Lo spazio** Il soggiorno è arredato con 2 divani, un tavolo da pranzo con 4 sedie, angolo TV, una credenza e l'accesso al balcone è dal soggiorno. Quadri e altri mobili completano il soggiorno. Un letto da campeggio è disponibile per la quarta persona. Cucina: La cucina è attrezzata con un frigorifero, fornello a gas con forno, lavatrice, stoviglie e utensili da cucina per sei persone e un tavolo con quattro sedie. Camere da letto: Ci sono 2 camere da letto. La prima ha un letto matrimoniale (160 cm x 190 cm), 2 comodini, una cassettiera e un grande armadio. La seconda camera ha un letto alla francese (120 cm x 190 cm che potrebbe ospitare 2 bambini piccoli di età inferiore ai 10 anni), una scrivania con 2 sedie, 2 comodini e un armadio. Le due camere sono dotate di una televisione. Bagni: Il bagno ha un water e una cabina doccia e un mobiletto per riporre le necessità. Via Etruria si trova nel quartiere di San Giovanni, a pochi passi dalla Metro A, Piazza Re di Roma. L'appartamento si trova in un condominio con diversi edifici, giardino interno e portineria. La casa è luminosa, spaziosa e accogliente, un tuffo nel passato con arredamento anni '60. L'appartamento è di circa 90 mq ed è composto da due camere da letto, soggiorno con balcone, cucina, bagno e si trova al quarto piano con ascensore. Esterno: La fontana situata al centro del condominio di Via Etruria è stata realizzata dall'architetto Giulio Gra. La fontana è composta da tre parti, quella inferiore in travertino locale dal classico colore bianco, una parte intermedia composta da tre colonne in granito rosso e in cima in serpentino verde, che rappresentano tutti e tre i colori della bandiera nazionale. Alle colonne erano fissati dei fasci littori in ottone, che furono rimossi dopo il 25 luglio 1943, in seguito all'arresto di Mussolini. Una vasca intermedia, attraverso 4 fori ortogonali corrispondenti ad altrettante teste di lupa in ottone, immette l'acqua nella vasca principale. Purtroppo la fontana ha smesso di funzionare dal 1992.
