The apartment is arranged as follows: - LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, induction hob, moka pot, kettle, wine glasses, and various kitchen utensils), dining table, sofa bed, and TV; - SLEEPING AREA with double bed; - BATHROOM with shower box, sink, toilet, and bidet. ADDITIONAL SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, air conditioning (split unit in the living room), central heating, washing machine (in the corridor next to the bathroom), first aid kit, iron and ironing board, drying rack, and hairdryer. ATTENTION: - The sleeping area is located on the upper level, accessible via internal stairs, and is NOT acoustically isolated. PLEASE NOTE: It is mandatory to sign a short-term rental contract which involves administrative costs ranging from €50 to €150: the guest will be informed of these costs at the time of signing the contract. IT IS MANDATORY TO HAVE AN ITALIAN TAX CODE. Switching on and off of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (DPR 16/04/2013 no.74, DM 383 of (hidden)). Summer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings. Winter: the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The activation period and the daily usage time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulation. Milan Climate Zone E: 14 hours per day from October 15 to April 15. ATTENZIONE: - La zona notte si trova al piano superiore, accessibile tramite scale interne, e NON è isolata acusticamente. NOTA BENE: È obbligatorio sottoscrivere un contratto di locazione a breve termine che prevede costi amministrativi che vanno da €50 a €150: tali costi saranno comunicati all'ospite al momento della sottoscrizione del contratto. È OBBLIGATORIO AVERE IL CODICE FISCALE ITALIANO. L'accensione e lo spegnimento dell'aria condizionata e del riscaldamento sono soggetti al rispetto della normativa italiana vigente (DPR 16/04/2013 n. 74, DM 383 del (nascosto)). Estate: la temperatura media dell'aria non deve essere inferiore a 26 °C per tutte le tipologie di edifici. Inverno: la temperatura media ponderata dell'aria non deve superare i 19 °C.
