In the authentic heart of Florence's Oltrarno neighborhood, in Borgo San Frediano, one of the city's most charming and historic neighborhoods, we offer a characterful apartment for rent, located just steps from Porta San Frediano and the ancient city walls. The location is strategic and sought-after: Palazzo Pitti, the Boboli Gardens, and the Basilica of Santo Spirito are easily accessible on foot, as are artisan workshops, traditional restaurants, and popular Florentines.
The apartment is located on the second floor of a typical building in the historic center. The property has recently been completely renovated and furnished with great attention to detail, combining contemporary design and rustic elements in an elegant and refined balance.
The interiors immediately strike you with their personality: decorative wood paneling alternates with exposed stone and brick walls, creating a pleasant contrast of materials that tells the story of the building without sacrificing a modern and sophisticated style. The parquet floors, present in many rooms, lend warmth and visual continuity, making the spaces welcoming and harmonious.
