Entering this spacious and light-filled apartment is like stepping into the living history of Rome. Fully renovated with great care, the apartment was redesigned by two architects who thoughtfully restored original features and family details, blending them harmoniously with contemporary design. The result is a refined and welcoming space where modern comfort meets timeless Roman character. The original French windows open onto two generous terraces: one ideal for quiet, private moments, and the other perfect for outdoor dining and gatherings with friends or family. The fully equipped kitchen includes all essential appliances, such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and everything needed for daily living. Both bedrooms are spacious and filled with natural light, thanks to large windows overlooking beautiful views of the surrounding city. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom: one with a bathtub and the other with a large, comfortable walk-in shower. The upper floor, accessible via an original wrought-iron spiral staircase, leads to a charming turret used as a study and relaxation area. From here, you can enjoy a stunning 360-degree panoramic view, with the Dome on one side and the Monte Mario Observatory on the other. This apartment was once the home of a Roman painter, and traces of his artistic life can still be found throughout the space, including paintings and brushes. These unique details add character and authenticity, offering a rare opportunity to live in a home that reflects Rome’s rich artistic heritage while providing all modern comforts.
