FULLY FURNISHED ROOM (Room 5) INSIDE THE CENTER OF VIENNA. House and Room Room 5 is FULLY FURNISHED with a double bed + couch + desk + wardrobe! Your room will be fully equipped with everything you are going to need from your first night on until the end of your stay (bed with linen, wardrobe with mirror, workspace and a desk with chair). The common areas are cleaned all two weeks by our housekeeping and every necessary repairment is done as soon as possible. All rooms are separately accessible. The kitchen is shared with your flatmates and it comes equipped with all necessary cooking equipment and is also cleaned all two weeks by our housekeeping. The flat has two separate bathrooms (two showers, two toilets and one washing machine) which are cleaned all two weeks by our housekeeping. (completely NEW and Modern Renovated). The two seperate bathrooms are for 5 rooms, because the other rooms have there own bathroom. So you will always have a free bathroom. Best possible Wi-Fi Internet connection is of course included. Minimum rental period is 3 months. Signing a rental agreement is required. Deposit: 1000€, Administration fee 250€
