Located on a pedestrian street in the center of Villaviciosa, the main artery of the town, with multiple shops and services. Perfect location for walking through the city center or for getting around Asturias. A few meters from the apartment there is a free parking area. We will be available for any questions or needs of guests Please note: - The amount of the deposit depends on the intended length of stay. 1- 4 months will total a 600€ deposit. From 5 months and onwards, a 900€ deposit applies. - Utilities are included up to 150€. - A fortnightly change of sheets is included in the rental price. - A weekly cleaning service is available at an additional fee.
