Single room in an 84 sqm shared apartment – near San Martino Hospital/University I am renting out a single room in my 84 sqm apartment at Via Arturo Ferretto 13, Genoa (San Martino/Quezzi area). The apartment is complete with a living room, kitchen, and bathroom. Period: from September to April 1st. • In September, I will only be home for a few days, from the 20th to the 30th. • From October to April 1st, the house will be available for the tenant. • During some periods, on weekends, my mother will come to check on the house and stay for a few days. Location and nearby universities: • School of Medical and Pharmaceutical Sciences (San Martino Campus): about 0.8 km – 10-12 minutes on foot, 4-5 minutes by bike. • University of Genoa main campus, Via Balbi (historic center): about 2.7 km – 35 minutes on foot, 12-15 minutes by bike, also easily accessible by bus. • City center (Piazza De Ferrari): about 2.2 km – 28 minutes on foot, 10 minutes by bike. Nearby services: • Supermarkets a few steps away: Ekom (Via Federico Donaver), Carrefour Express, Pam Manuzio. • Bus stop right at the corner (Ferretto/Savelli), with frequent connections to the city center and university campuses.
