The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials, including a cooking plate, oven, microwave, and dishwasher, making it easy to prepare and enjoy meals around the dining table. It's the perfect spot for socializing with loved ones. The beautifully decorated bedroom features a comfortable bed, ample storage, and a desk for your convenience. The bathroom has everything you need, including fresh towels and complimentary toiletries. Step out onto the lovely balcony that connects to the living room, where you can enjoy the stunning poolside views. Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival. ????Prime location: Ideally located, you will find a wide variety of stores, supermarkets, restaurants, and cafeterias, where you can satisfy your daily needs and explore the rich local gastronomic offer. Please note: The property is located on a very steep hill, which may make access challenging for some guests. We advise extra caution for those with limited mobility. There is also ongoing construction work in front of the property, which may cause some noise disturbances during the day. Please be aware that there is construction nearby, which may cause some noise during the day. Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
