The room is situated in an apartment on the third floor with an elevator, with 2 single bedrooms, one bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a balcony. Washing machine, oven, microwave. Area well served by public transport, supermarket 50 meters. Cleaning of the apartment: the tenants are required to keep the apartment clean and in good condition, the staff will regularly check that this condition is respected; a cleaning lady will come to clean all the common areas (kitchen, bathrooms, corridor, balcony). In case that the cleaning lady finds the apartment in a state of excessive dirt and disorder, the extra time will be charged to the tenants: the cost is €15/hour to divide between each tenant of the apartment. Detailed description of the payments: -Upon booking: One month's rent -After arrival: A refundable deposit, to be returned at departure (adjusted for any potential damages), along with an administrative fee (a one-time charge for the contract's duration, covering insurance, emergency assistance, contract registration costs, condominium, waste tax, and consultations as needed) and utilities for the first month. -During the stay: Every month, the rent and related expenses are due within the first 5 days of the month.
