Its charming character and central location make it perfect for enjoying the best of Lisbon’s authentic lifestyle.The nearest supermarket is about 3 minutes away on foot, and the closest bus stop is approximately 2 minutes away, ensuring easy and convenient access to public transport and local services.This apartment includes a set of bed linen and a pillow for each bedroom. The cleaning fee is 35 euros per person (per month) and includes room cleaning (optional). Bills are included up to 25 euros per person (per month). Please note: - Payment: Must be completed 72 hours before check-in directly to the landlord. This includes the last month’s rent, security deposit, cleaning fee and Administration fee. - Utilities: Included up to €25 per tenant. - Bedding: Pillows, duvet, and bed sheets are not provided. - Check-ins: Available Monday to Saturday, from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM. No check-ins on weekends or public holidays. - If the rental is for two people, there is an extra cost of 100 euros on top of the rent you see in the listing. -There is a cleaning fee of 30 euros to be paid at checkout, which will be deducted from the deposit. -Admin fee (for contracts starting between January and July): €150 -Admin fee (for contracts starting between August and December): €375 Cleaning frequency is based on the apartment’s occupancy. At full occupancy, cleaning is provided once a week, with the frequency decreasing proportionally as occupancy decreases. A valid identification document is required to complete the lease agreement. - Your check-in will only be authorised 24 hours after the payment has been confirmed in our bank account and the contract has been signed. - Overnight guests may incur a fee - please check this with the landlord.Details
