Please note that the building does not have a lift and includes a shared terrace. The maximum capacity for this flat is 12 people. Room: This charming room is furnished with a comfortable double bed, a small desk, chair and a lamp. You will also find a wardrobe and a bedside table with an additional lamp and a mirror. The comfortable double bed measures 140 cm wide by 200 cm long, ensuring a restful night's sleep. This room also features a window that ensures plenty of natural light. As a disclaimer we would like to inform you that the flat comes furnished as shown in pictures or with equivalent replacements. Others: - The rent includes 35€/per person of included bills (extras will be deducted from the security deposit). - A weekly cleaning of the common areas is also included in the rent. - The rooms come as shown in the pictures or with the equivalent replacements. This applies for: towels, pillows and pillowcases, furniture, lamps, and all other amenities. - The rooms are for individual use, except if we have a previous agreement. - Visits are allowed, but they need to be communicated and approved in a timely manner. - All check-ins are done in person, require ID and the security deposit paid. - Check-in times during business hours are free; any other times will have to be accepted by us, and there could be a charge. - We do not allow smoking or pets in the flat. - An Administrative Fee of €40 and a Cleaning Fee of €60 will be deducted from the security deposit at the end of the contract.
