Detailed description of the payments: -Upon booking: One month's rent -After arrival: A refundable deposit, to be returned at departure (adjusted for any potential damages), along with an administrative fee (a one-time charge for the contract's duration, covering insurance, emergency assistance, contract registration costs, condominium, waste tax, and consultations as needed) and utilities for the first month. -During the stay: Every month, the rent and related expenses are due within the first 5 days of the month.
