Rooms are delivered in this condition and, after the stay, must be returned the same way — freshly painted and sanitized — to ensure compliance with health and safety protocols. Students enrolled at university must provide a certificate of enrollment, specifying their faculty/degree program, at the time of application, since the contract is specifically for "STUDENTS."
