You will have to provide a university acceptance letter of acceptance or a curricular internship agreement to confirm your reservation. NOT ALL ROOMS HAVE A BALCONY. The floor of your apartment will depend on the availability at the moment of the booking. This residence is exclusively for university students, curricular interns, and PhD candidates. To confirm your booking, you must provide proof of university enrollment or a valid internship agreement.
