€450 /monthly

Available from November to April: a cozy, fully furnished room with a small desk for remote work, located in Palermo - Partanna Mondello (Via Iandolino 82). • Location: Located in a neighborhood with all essential amenities (supermarkets, pharmacy, bus stops) and just a 15–20 minute walk from Mondello Beach. Ideal for digital nomads wanting a peaceful seaside lifestyle during winter and spring. • The Apartment: The flat operates as a B&B during high season, so it is fully equipped and well-maintained. You will share the home with me (the female owner) and Luna, a very peaceful 16-year-old cat who loves a quiet environment. On occasional weekends, my partner stays over as well. • Bathroom: There are two bathrooms in the house. You will have practical dedicated access to one bathroom (rarely used by others), offering high privacy. • Ideal Tenant: Looking for a female remote worker / digital nomad who values a calm, clean environment and is pet-friendly.
