You'll see the symbol with a blue house and the words "self-rated." That's not a real user review, but a rating assigned by Housing Anywhere to a booking that hasn't received any complaints. To find the "real" reviews left by guests, you need to scroll until you find the names and comments of real people who write genuine opinions, not the logo with the blue house and the words "self-rated".
