In the historic centre of Pisa, between the Lungarni and Piazza dei Miracoli and close to the Leaning Tower, this distinguished 1,580 sqm medieval palazzo extends across four levels. Originally a 13th-century stone tower house, it was enlarged over the centuries into a noble residence and retains a 350 sqm internal courtyard, a rare central-city asset that can also accommodate parking, complemented by a private garage. The current layout envisages 12 generous suites, with potential for 12 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms. The ground and first floors currently accommodate six exclusive suites, while restoration works have begun but are not yet complete on the second and third floors, where a further six suites are arranged. Period frescoes dating from the 17th century, historic flooring and artworks created between 1500 and 1800 enrich the interiors. The restoration project pairs the original architecture with contemporary sculptural design, including designer furnishings and seating, creating a compelling dialogue between heritage and modernity. Two intimate terraces set within the building offer picturesque views over Pisa's terracotta rooftops. The property benefits from the absence of restrictive heritage authority constraints, allowing more flexible scope for personalisation. Near Piazza dei Miracoli, the Lungarni and Borgo Stretto, it combines cultural prestige, private tranquillity and access to the city's refined amenities, with convenient rail connections towards Lucca and Florence and the international Galileo Galilei airport.
