Nestled beside the stream that feeds the Dourbies River, this charming little mountain chalet promises moments of relaxation and tranquility. Its foundation is solid, the living area is constructed of wood. It features two small bedrooms, a living room, and a toilet. Built in the 1960s with planning permission, it is registered with the land registry and could be extended to increase its size and comfort. It is connected to the electricity grid but will require drilling a well for water supply (application to be submitted to the town hall).
The chalet is surrounded by nature, and the land is naturally wooded. Fresh air, sunshine, the river, trees, and perhaps even snow in winter await you !
