The rooms features a bunk bed, a spacious closet, shelving, desks with chairs and lamps to study or work. **ACCESSORIES** a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, electric oven, microwave oven, dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots, pans, cutting boards and many other accessories), a washing machine, a dining area, a balcony to enjoy the sun with table and chairs, Led TV, Iron and ironing board, drying rack. YOU WILL NOT MISS REALLY ANYTHING!!! **RESERVATION** The reservation is valid only after payment of the first month's rent (including all-in expenses) and after payment of the deposit (840.- euro). The deposit (420.- euros) to be paid upon arrival in Italy. Le camere dispongono di un letto a castello, un armadio spazioso, scaffalature, scrivanie con sedie e lampade per studiare o lavorare. **ACCESSORI** una cucina completamente attrezzata (frigorifero, congelatore, forno elettrico, forno a microonde, stoviglie, bicchieri, posate, pentole, padelle, taglieri e tanti altri accessori), una lavatrice, una zona pranzo, un balcone per godersi il sole con tavolo e sedie, TV Led, Ferro e asse da stiro, stendino. NON TI PERDERAI VERAMENTE NULLA!!! **PRENOTAZIONE** La prenotazione è valida solo dopo il pagamento della prima mensilità (comprese le spese forfettarie) e dopo il versamento della caparra (840.- euro). La cauzione (420.-euro) da versare all'arrivo in Italia. Per ragioni pratiche, organizzative ed economiche verrà data priorità alle prenotazioni per periodi più lunghi. **DOCUMENTI RICHIESTI TRAMITE MAIL** Passaporto, Visto per l'Italia, permesso di soggiorno (solo per cittadini extracomunitari), certificato di iscrizione all'università. Il codice fiscale italiano può essere richiesto direttamente in Italia. **CONTRATTO (IN ITALIANO)** Il contratto collettivo (redatto congiuntamente a nome dei 4 inquilini) viene firmato lo stesso giorno dai 4 inquilini (non appena sono tutti presenti a Torino).
