Casa Kathleen, ricavata da un'antica fattoria, si trova in una strada tranquilla del quartiere. Si entra da un giardino con posto auto e si nota subito la tranquillità dell'ambiente. La casa dispone di un'ampia cucina, dotata di ogni esigenza, un ampio piano di lavoro, lavastoviglie, forno, caffettiera, tostapane, ecc. Annesso alla cucina vi è un'ampia sala con TV e un piccolo bagno. Nel seminterrato c'è tutto il necessario per la biancheria, lavatrice, asciugatrice, ecc. Oltre ad una sala ricreativa con biliardo.
