I needed to hide some personal belongings of the renters in the living room From the living room you can go to the large kitchen with dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped, it has gas hob, electric oven, dish washer, refrigerator/freezer. The living room leads you to an aisle, connected with one of the 3 bedrooms and its bathroom with bathtub-shower. On the same floor there is also the 2nd bathroom with shower and washing machine, used as laundry as well. Going up the stairs, you arrive in a corridor along which there is a spacious custom-made wardrobe. The main bedroom has a double bed, it's very large and it has a study room (where now there is a double bed and ironing tools). The 3rd bedroom has a single bed and it will be soon restored (I'm sorry for the mess in the picture!). The 3rd large bathroom with 2 sinks and shower and a terrace, complete the 2nd floor. The apartment is facing on any side to the peaceful inner courtyard, it's very bright, quiet and it has all the comforts. AC, high speed internet and Doorman service in the main building at the entrance.

Ampio e confortevole appartamento duplex al 3° piano con ascensore di una bella schiera di palazzi affacciati sul bellissimo parco del cortile. L'appartamento è composto: al 1° piano, presso il soggiorno, la cucina pranzo, 1 camera, 2 bagni, 3 balconi al 2° piano, da 2 camere, 1 bagno, disimpegno e terrazzo. Entrando nell'appartamento si rimane subito colpiti dalla sua luminosità, grazie alle ampie porte-finestre del balcone. Il soggiorno ha un divano, la TV e alcune librerie. Avevo bisogno di nascondere alcuni effetti personali degli affittuari nel soggiorno Dal soggiorno si accede alla grande cucina con zona pranzo. La cucina è completamente attrezzata, dispone di piano cottura a gas, forno elettrico, lavastoviglie, frigorifero/congelatore. Dal soggiorno si accede ad un corridoio, collegato con una delle 3 camere da letto e il suo bagno con vasca-doccia. Sullo stesso piano si trova anche il 2° bagno con doccia e lavatrice, adibito anche a lavanderia. Salendo le scale si arriva in un corridoio lungo il quale si trova uno spazioso armadio su misura. La camera da letto principale ha un letto matrimoniale, è molto grande e dispone di una stanza studio (dove ora c'è un letto matrimoniale e gli attrezzi da stiro). La 3a camera da letto ha un letto singolo e sarà presto restaurata (mi dispiace per il disordine nella foto!). Il 3° ampio bagno con 2 lavandini e doccia e un terrazzo, completano il 2° piano. L'appartamento si affaccia da ogni lato sul tranquillo cortile interno, è molto luminoso, silenzioso e dotato di tutti i comfort. Aria condizionata, internet ad alta velocità e servizio di portineria nell'edificio principale all'ingresso.
