Upon entering the apartment, you're greeted by a spacious hallway. To the right, the first bedroom, kitchen, and first bathroom overlook the inner courtyard, while to the left, the second bedroom and living room offer views of Via Ettore Rolli. At the end of the corridor, you'll find the third bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a small balcony overlooking the inner courtyard.
