The location of this lovely flat we are visiting today, which is distributed over two floors and has an independent entrance, is nothing short of breathtaking. We reach it passing between Campo San Rocco, a landmark that represents one of the highest expressions of Venetian architecture, and Campo San Pantalon, located in the Dorsoduro sestiere, a few metres from Campo Santa Margherita. Right here, in a characteristic courtyard with a historic well in the centre, where one can still breathe in the atmosphere of an authentic Venice, we find the entrance to the property. Once inside, we find ourselves in the living area from which we access a spacious kitchen, which can also easily be used as a living area. The entrance also gives access to the bathroom, while the staircase to the upper floor leads us to the large master bedroom, flanked by another room that can be used as a second bedroom or study. Throughout the flat the exposed beams stand out, giving it a cosy and warm feel, so much so that we can consider this property an excellent solution for living in Venice all year round, but also as a second residence in one of the most desirable locations in Venice.
