IMPORTANT INFORMATION LOCATION: - Situated near the popular Piazza Campo dei Fiori and John Cabot University. - Close proximity to bars, restaurants, laundry facilities, and public transport. - Trastevere is within walking distance. ACCOMMODATION DETAILS: - Accommodates up to 3 people, but recommended for 1 person. - For 2 or 3 guests, prior notification is required before booking, it might cost an extra, i.e. 5 x day x person more. - Short-term stay recommended for 3 people. - Legal rental contract available with a 10% increase in rent, requested before booking. BOOKING PROCESS: - Introduction required at the time of booking, including purpose of visit to Rome, occupation, and source of funds if a student. - First month's rental payment made via HA (HousingAnywhere). Subsequent payments directly to the landlord. - A copy of your passport or ID is required after booking and before check-in. PRICING: - Price is set for a minimum of 30-day stay. - Adjusted pricing for stays of 7 or 10 days, inquire for details. Cost will be more than 7/30 or 10/30 of 1 month rent. If you want to know how much, ask before your booking. The prices can range from 120/ 150 per day, depending on the season and lenght of the stay - Electricity fee includes an advance payment of 75 with additional charges for consumption beyond 150 Kwh per month. - Cleaning fee is a one-time payment of 50. - Other costs mean the building administration fee of 80 per month and it is mandatory, not optional and it refers to the building administration cost. This money goes to the administrator, not to me DEPOSIT: - 750 deposit required to ensure proper use of apartment furniture. - Fully refunded at check-out after inspection.
